There is no doubt that the Talon performs like a thoroughbred. All composite materials allow for quick reaction time, agile steering, and break-neck acceleration. Great stability on calm or rough seas creates a comfort zone for the paddler. The talon is a larger volume boat for paddlers who enjoy a more spacious feel under the deck.
Hull Design - Stable with great edging
The hull has a shallow V with a hard chine providing great initial stability and amazing edging ability. This edging ability combined with a few degrees of rocker allows for quick turning and fast acceleration.
Cockpit - A conforming fit with plenty of leg room
The coaming and seating are designed with ergonomics in mind. Choose the contoured seat OR the larger seat pan for your perfect fit. The IR backback is adjustable and thigh braces allow full contact with the boat. Typical with Peregrine's, there is plenty of leg room.
Tracking - Straight and fast
The sharp keel line along with the standard rectractable skeg makes the Talon track true and fast.
Hatches and Bulkheads
Three hatches (bow, stern, and day hatch) provide over 30 gallons of storage space for all sorts of cargo.
