Shipping and Privacy Policy

Our smaller items, like our paddles and accessories, we ship using UPS. A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail. All small items are wrapped securely and boxed.


For all international orders please contact us first.


What about kayaks? If ordered through a dealer your boat will be shipped directly to the dealer in approx. 2-4 weeks. If there is no dealer near you, then we will ship straight to your doorstep.


Peregrine Kayaks Return Policy


For products bought through a local dealer, returns are made at that level.


For all New products purchased through our website, we realize (even though it's rare) that there may be times you want to return a purchase. For all items, as long as they have not been used or damaged, there is a 10 day (from receipt of the goods) full return policy. Once we receive the goods back, and they are inspected to ensure no damage, the funds will be credited back to you via your method of original payment. Return shipping charges are not covered by Peregrine.


What to do -

When returning a product we ask that you always contact us first. This way we know it is coming and can quickly process the return. We will provide all the info you need for a smooth return. With the product must be the original invoice that accompanied your product. Products must be in original condition. For kayak returns we ask once again that you contact us first so we can discuss freight back since this is a little more complicated.

Credit Card transactions utilize the secure Paypal Network. Using Paypal, if you have a previous account with Paypal you can use that, or just utilize the credit card feature.
